Refund policy
For RD-01 Studio Compressor, RD-02 Transient Shaper and the Dynamics Bundle, bought from this site. Last updated 24 October 2026.
Try before you buy
Each plugin has a free demo with every feature. Its only limit is that the output drops to silence for two seconds every 45 seconds. Please try the demo in your own setup before you buy.
If it doesn’t work on your system
If a plugin you bought doesn’t work properly on your computer, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to fix the problem. If we can’t fix it, we’ll give you a full refund.
Please tell us:
- the email address you used at checkout, and your order number if you have it;
- your operating system and version, your host application (DAW) and its version, and the plugin format (VST3 or AU);
- what happens, and any error message.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a plugin has a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement. If the failure isn’t major, we’ll fix it within a reasonable time, and if we don’t, you can have a refund. These rights apply on top of this policy and don’t depend on the 14-day window above.
Change of mind
We don’t give refunds if you simply change your mind, or if you bought the wrong product. If you bought RD-01 or RD-02 and then want the Bundle, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
How refunds work
- We refund to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- A full refund ends your licence for the refunded product. Your licence file and its download stop being available, and you must delete the licence file and stop using the licensed version. The plugin returns to the demo, which you can keep using.
- If you bought the Bundle, a full refund ends the licence for both plugins.
Please contact us before disputing a charge
If something’s wrong, please email us first. We can usually sort it out quickly, and a refund is faster for you than a dispute with your bank. A disputed or reversed payment also ends the licence.
