What we collect, why, where it is kept, and how to have it removed. Last updated 27 October 2026.

Who we are

Revesby Audio is an independent audio software project run by Justin Graham in Sydney, Australia (ABN 63 320 272 207). Questions about anything on this page go to hello@revesbyaudio.com.

This page covers the website at revesbyaudio.com, the release news list, site accounts and purchases. The plugins themselves run entirely on your computer and do not send us any information, except the daily licence check that licensed paid plugins make (see Purchases below).

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it records the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are kept only for a short time. The individual plugin installers and the collection installer are served from Vercel’s file storage (Vercel Blob), so downloading one is logged in the same way as any other request.

To stop the signup and support forms being flooded, the site counts how many times each network address uses them. The count is stored as a one-way hash, never the address itself, and is discarded within a day.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics so we can see which pages are read and where visitors come from. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites; the visitor identifier is a hash of the request that is discarded within a day.

There are no advertising trackers or third-party cookies. The only cookies the site sets are the session cookies for people who sign in to an account.

Release news list

If you sign up, we keep your email address and nothing else. It is used only to send news about releases, updates and test builds from Revesby Audio. We do not share the list or use it for anything else.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. The list is stored with Resend, which sends the emails on our behalf.

Accounts

An account is optional. The plugins are free to download without one. If you create an account we store your email address, your password in hashed form (we never see the password itself), an optional display name, and your choice about receiving release news. Turning release news on adds your account email to the list above; turning it off removes it.

Accounts are held with Supabase in its Sydney region. Emails to confirm your address or reset your password are sent through Resend. Signing in sets session cookies that are needed for the account to work; they are not used for tracking.

Accounts can also download an optional registration file that personalises the free plugins with your email address. Issuing it records only your account ID, a random registration ID and the time. The file stays on your computer; the plugins never send it anywhere, and it does not unlock features, expire or tie itself to a machine.

To delete your account, email hello@revesbyaudio.com from the address on the account. We remove it, along with any registration record, and confirm by reply.

Purchases

Paid plugins are sold through Stripe, which acts as the seller (merchant of record) through its Link service and handles your payment details and sales tax. We never see your card number. For each order we keep your email address, the name you gave at checkout, what you bought, the amount and currency, the order’s status (paid, refunded or disputed), Stripe’s reference for the payment and the random ID of your licence. We also note the time whenever the licence is downloaded again, as evidence of delivery if a payment is disputed. We keep orders for as long as Australian tax and accounting records require.

Your licence is emailed to you through Resend. It is a file that carries your name and email address and stays on your computer.

About once a day, a licensed plugin asks this site whether its licence’s order has been refunded or charged back, so a refunded licence returns to demo mode. The request carries only the licence ID. As with any request to the site, it arrives from your network address, which appears in the server logs; the check doesn’t record it or anything about your computer or how you use the plugin. No request is made unless a Revesby Dynamics licence is installed on the computer or one was revoked there before.

Email you send us

If you email hello@revesbyaudio.com or support@revesbyaudio.com, or use the support form on this site, we keep the conversation for as long as it takes to help you, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you write back. The support form is delivered to us as an email through Resend and is not stored by the site itself. The form asks for your email address, the product and your message, and for bug reports the plugin version, your DAW and its version, and your operating system version. The plugins’ Help & support link opens the form with the product name only; nothing else is sent from the plugin.

Who processes the data

We use a small number of service providers. Each handles only the data needed for its job.

VercelHosts the website, keeps its server logs and counts page views.
SupabaseStores account details and orders, in Sydney, Australia.
StripeSells the paid plugins as merchant of record and processes payments.
ResendStores the release news list and sends all email from the site, including account emails and licences.
CloudflareProvides the domain’s DNS and routes email sent to our addresses to our inbox.

Some of these providers operate outside Australia. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Unsubscribe from the release list from any email we send.
  • Change or delete your account details by emailing us from the account’s address.

Email hello@revesbyaudio.com for any of these. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

When a new feature changes what we collect, this page is updated in the same release and the date at the top changes. Nothing on this page applies retroactively without telling you.
